Charles Andoh is a seasoned Ghanaian-Canadian civil engineer and project cost estimator with over 30 years of experience in large-scale land development. He has solved complex technical challenges for global engineering firms including Arcadis (U.S.) and MMLA-Psomas (Tucson, Arizona). His expertise spans project management, cost estimation, land resource management, and the planning of master-planned communities.

Mr. Andoh is a former certified member of multiple professional bodies, including the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), and the Association of Science & Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET). He has held designations with the Certified Engineering Technologists (CET), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE – USA), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET – UK), the Institution of Incorporated Engineers (MIIE – UK), and the Professional Engineering Council (Incorporated Engineer – IEng, UK).

Notably, Mr. Andoh served as Senior Cost Estimator on the $4 billion New Bridge for the Saint Lawrence Corridor project with OHL Construction Canada–PNPL, where he led the bid cost estimation efforts.
